At Snorting Hippo Publications, your satisfaction is our priority. As our products are custom-made, as well as made through our print-on-demand partners, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure quality and service consistency. Please review the details below.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We encourage you to carefully review your order and shipping address before placing your order.
However, we will gladly assist you with the following issues:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Orders on our part: If you receive an incorrect item, such as the wrong product, size, or design, please let us know as soon as possible.
To initiate a return for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at myskacreates@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will issue a full refund.
- Incorrect Orders on our part: If we send the wrong item, we will refund the full cost of the incorrect product or arrange for a replacement.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Buyer's Remorse: Since our products are custom printed, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind, or if you want to order a different item (e.g., size, color, etc.).
- Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays once the product has been dispatched, as delivery times depend on the carrier and location.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges unless your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on our part. If you need to exchange a product for one of these reasons, please follow the return process outlined above.
Once we receive your request and confirm the issue, we will:
- Send a replacement product (if available), or
- Offer you a refund, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital Products: Any eBooks or digital downloads are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Custom Orders: Any products that have been customized outside of our standard designs are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
- Gift Cards or Promotions: any products purchased during a sale/promotion or using a Gift Card cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Exchange
To request a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us at myskacreates@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days with further instructions.
Shipping for Returns
In the case of returns due to damaged or incorrect items:
- We will cover return shipping costs if applicable.
- You do not need to return damaged items unless instructed by our team.
For all other cases:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and is subject to a 3% restocking charge for any exchange requests.
