At Snorting Hippo Publications, we work with trusted partners to bring you high-quality art products, as well as print-on-demand products. Below are the details of our shipping process and what you can expect when ordering from our store:

Order Processing Time

  • Majority of our products are printed on demand, so processing times may vary depending on the item, our production partner, and carrier partners.
  • Typically, orders are processed and printed within 7 business days after the order is placed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for shipment.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method you have chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • U.S.A Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 7-15 business days

Please note that shipping times do not include the order processing/printing time.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order.
  • The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold, which will be displayed during our promotions.

Multiple Shipments

  • Since we use multiple print-on-demand partners, your items may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different providers. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and select international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us at myskacreates@gmail.com before placing your order.
  • Certain products may have restrictions on international shipping due to size or regional limitations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in our shipping cost.
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Delays and Issues

  • While we strive to meet all estimated shipping times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather, or carrier issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 calendar days of the estimated delivery date at myskacreates@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item (if applicable). We will work with our print-on-demand partners to resolve the issue.
